The Zen of Ideating The ideator is ideating about an ideated idea of creating without stress. How does one create that sense? Relax, soothe, relieve is done with the mind being at ease, the body giving to the sensation of floating and relieving is giving up any pre conceived notions of barriers. To ideate is to imagine, conceive and envision. Aromas trigger emotional memories of wellness, good times and emotional connections. Take these memories to a safe physical space and day dream; imagine the possibilities. Aromatherapy…There it is the combination of aromas that trigger the good thoughts. The physical and mental ability of Yoga and the strength of ones Zen beliefs have afforded the possibilities to leave oneself in a blissful meditated state. I was watching the US Tennis Open, and IBM commercial came on and low and behold the NeckEase was on thirty people, lying in prone position and they were ideating. All that I have been talking about was on this fabulous commercial. The Big Kahunas finally got it. The IBM commercial exemplified stress reduction, spiritual relaxation and time management for the purpose of creating a peaceful yet productive setting. I say, welcome to the real world.
