We respect the privacy of those who visit our web site and those who become subscribers.  In accordance with this, we have created this policy in order to demonstrate our privacy commitment to our users:

We collect personally identifiable information when you register for an account and/or purchase a product.  When you register or purchase with us, we ask for your name, email address, mailing address, zip code and phone number.  Once you register with us and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.  We use this information for two general purposes; to fulfill your request and order and to contact you about services.

We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.  We will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when: (1) we have your consent; (2) we respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process.

In the ordinary course of business, we will share some personal information with companies that we hire to perform services or functions on our behalf.  For example, we may use different vendors or suppliers to ship you products that you order on our web site.  In these cases, we provide the vendor with information to process your order such as your name and mailing address.  In all cases in which we share your personal information with a third party, we will not authorize them to keep, disclose or use your information with others except for the purpose of providing the services we asked them to provide.

We will not sell exchange or publish your personal information, except in conjunction with a corporate sale, merger, dissolution or acquisition.

You may request deletion of your account by sending an email requesting account removal to sales@shopbodysense.com

We do not under any circumstances, sell or disclose to any third party information gathered by any script or device.  Absolutely no other information id recorded in our database.  All email form submissions are logged to a file.  This protects against lost emails.  The file is purged frequently.  Any information used in responding to Our Contest is used only by us.  We will only use your information for email mailings if you request this on the submission form.

Opt In and Out

We do not by policy use Spam or Send Unsolicited Email.  If you receive a mailing from us that you do not want, please respond to the email removal instructions.  We apologize if you receive any mailing form us unsolicited.  As of this writing, HTTP cookies are not being used at this site.  This is of course subject to change if we start using cookies in our scripts and will be reflected in this policy statement.

Returns and Exchanges

We strive for 100% satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your purchases we will either provide a refund or exchange of the product.  There is a 25% restocking fee to all returned product.
